Littlest Music Makers, LLC (LMM) is owned by director Melanie Roberts. LMM was formerly known as K-Jamz, but came under the new ownership in the spring of 2010. LMM currently holds classes at 3 locations: Harleysville, Trappe and Doylestown.
Our Teachers
Melanie Roberts, Director
Melanie Roberts graudated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with her degree in Music Education, Grades K-12. Melanie served as a principal player and section leader in the university's top ensemble. She earned the position of Drum Major of IUP's Marching Band and assisted at IUP's Drum Major Camp for high school drum majors. Melanie served as a counselor at the Performing Arts Institute of Wyoming Seminary for two summers. She taught Gym and Music at the Kinder Works preschool in Doylestown for four years. Melanie has been teaching Music Together classes for 4 years and has served as director since the Spring of 2010. Melanie plays a variety of instruments and she teaches private clarinet lessons. She has worked with musicians from age 0 to 60. Melanie Resides in Souderton with her husband, their two daughters and their son.
BK Roberts
BK has been a musician since he was a child. He plays guitar, mandolin, bass and a variety of percussion instruments. He has taught private instrument lessons and plays regularly on the Worship Team at his church. BK currently works as an electrician for Bergey's Electric and resides with his wife, two daughters and son.
Mary Jo White
Mary Jo White graduated with a dual Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Elementary Education from Temple University. She has worked with young children at Children's Village as well as Elbow Lane Daycare. Mary Jo has been teaching music classes for several years. She currently resides in Bedminster with her husband and their three young children.
Courtney Grady
Courtney received her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Music Education from California State University. While in California, she taught the music program at Dublin Unified School District, and she was the Music Director at The Quarry Lane School. Courtney continues to teach instrument lessons here in Pennsylvania. She resides in Pheonixville with her husband, daughter and son.
Matteo Favero
Matteo Favero began piano lessons at age seven and continued them through high school. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. He also received a Master of Music in piano performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts within Roosevelt University in downtown Chicago. He has been invited twice to serve as an adjudicator in the annual Hong Kong Schools Music Festival (2005 & 2011). He sustained his own private piano studio in Charlottesville, Va from 2003-2010. He stopped teaching after his second daughter was born to raise them both full time. He has participated in Music Together classes with his first daughter since she was one year old. She is now four, and he has seen first-hand the value of this program.
